What is the Davinci App?
Davinci is an AI-powered smart cultural guide that transforms the way visitors explore museums, monuments and cities. It offers personalized explanations, adaptive routes, real-time interaction and an accessible, modern experience that makes every visit deeper, clearer and more memorable.
Which devices are compatible?
Davinci is compatible with iOS and Android devices running iOS 11.0 or later, and Android 6.0 or later versions. In addition, you can also access Davinci through a WebApp, without needing to install the application, simply by using your web browser.
In which languages is it available?
Davinci is available in several languages to suit user preferences and enhance accessibility. It is currently available in Spanish, English, Portuguese, German, French, Italian and Catalan. We will continue adding new languages soon—stay tuned!
How can I interact with the personal guide?
With Davinci, you can interact with your guide throughout the entire visit, either by text or by voice. Simply start a Tour, and on the interaction screen for each point of interest, type your question or press the microphone button to ask it and release to send.
What payment methods are accepted?
Accepted payment methods may vary, but they commonly include credit/debit cards and online payment options through app stores such as the App Store or Google Play.
What features can I use in the app?
